In October, 1997, Julaine came to work for Wisconsin Family Council (WFC) as Director of Office Operations. She served in that capacity until November, 1998, when she was asked to become the Executive Director of WFC. The Board of Directors named her CEO in 2006. In 2009, Julaine was named president of both Wisconsin Family Action and Wisconsin Family Council. Julaine is the voice behind (and some of the creative mind behind) WFC’s weekly radio broadcast, “Wisconsin Family Connection,” which is currently aired on nearly 30 Christian radio stations around the state. In addition, she hosts VCY America’s Home Front radio program each Wednesday afternoon from September through May. Julaine was a statewide leader in the effort to preserve traditional one-man/one-woman marriage in Wisconsin that resulted in the passage of Wisconsin’s Marriage Protection Constitutional Amendment in November 2006.
Amy joined Wisconsin Family Council shortly after graduating from UW-Parkside. In addition to research and writing, Amy monitors the news for the office and manages our various new media outlets, including the blog, our Facebook Page and Twitter profile.
Eric and Jane Skelton served as Marriage and Family Ministry leaders since from 2003 to 2007 at Monroe Bible Church, Monroe, WI. In 2007 God called them to full-time ministry, serving pastors and churches by developing marriage and family ministries. In 2008 God opened the door for them to serve as mission-supported staff with Wisconsin Family Council, where Eric is Director of Marriage & Family Ministry. He travels throughout the state of Wisconsin teaching and training through conferences, preaching about God’s design for marriage, and educating the public about the importance of marriage and family and the cost to individuals and society of their destruction. He helps communities strengthen marriage and learn ways to value it more highly.
